The Center for Pursuit and Gingersnaps Inc.
The Chi Omega Alumnae Association of Houston has had a long time philanthropic partnership with The Center for Pursuit, Houston. Members of the alumnae association have raised and donated over THREE MILLION DOLLARS to The Center since the mid 1950's through various fundraising events. Alumnae members not only support The Center through monitary gifts but also through hands on volunteer work with Gingersnaps Inc. Gingersnaps Inc is the largest in-house nonprofit business The Center runs, it is a year round retailer for Gingersnap, Cheesesnap and other baked goods. Members of the alumnae association join hands for volunteer shift at The Center throughout the year to fill tins with deliciousness where they are then sold at various markets around Houston and shipped throughout the US. *Youth volunteer age is 10-16 with a guardian and age 17+ without a guardian.
